Oolongs

Oolongs are partially oxidized, giving them some of the most complex and enticing flavors of all the teas. They can be anywhere on the scale from almost green, to somewhere in the middle, to almost black. They usually stand up to 3-4 infusions, and each cup may have its own intriguing character.
