Shipping

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt.  We will notify you of any delays in shipping or should any unexpected back-orders occur.  All orders within the US are shipped by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  Orders to Canada will be shipped by airmail and an additional shipping charge of $5.00 will be added to each order.  Shipping to all areas may not be possible.  Please contact us if you have any questions.  At the present time, we are only able to ship to the US and Canada. 

Wild Orchid Teas carries only specially selected loose leaf teas, and all of our products are carefully checked for quality and defects before shipping.  However, should you be unsatisfied with any product or find something to be defective, simply return to us and we will be happy to replace or exchange.  Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we want you to shop with us time and again.  We encourage you to contact us to discuss any concerns you may have.

Privacy

We will not share, sell, or exchange any customer information. Period.  Information we gather from you will be used solely for the purposes of tracking and processing orders through this site.  Our site is securely protected by 128 bit encryption, so that you can place orders with us in confidence that your information will only be available to us.

Quantity Discounts/Special Orders

For quantities other than those listed with each tea, please contact us.  Discounts are available for larger quantities and must be handled by phone or e-mail.  Also, feel free to contact us about any teas or accessory items that are not listed on the site.  Where possible, we are happy to search out products as special orders for our customers.

Clarification

We strongly promote the health benefits of tea.  Our enthusiasm is based on many scientific studies that clearly show improved health through the regular consumption of tea which is high in antioxidants.  We do not diagnose conditions nor do we prescribe any tea as a drug or medical cure.  We simply feel that tea is the best overall health tonic you can add to your daily regime.  In addition, it is relaxing, enjoyable, and is available in great variety. 

We Recycle!

We recycle everything!  So, when you receive your package, the box may be worn and tattered a bit.  The packing material may come in any variety: newspapers, shreaded anything, recycled bubble wrap--you name it!  Please don't judge the book by its cover!  It's what's inside that counts.  And, when you open your package, you'll find that the quality is in our product, not the shipping box.
